I actually prefer the way you've done Matt White's name on the cover here (inside the Multiply) compared to the advert - could you not do the same thing?
A small thing - you're lined up to the vertical orange crop marks but not the horizontal ones. Also I would suggest taking the orange CD tray all the way to the spine (so a slightly narrower black line at the top)

Actually, you could do with going to the blue "bleed" lines. Also, do you have a higher-def version; I'm not sure this is full size?
